What is Enlightened Art?
Its not just a picture, its a Feeling
I created Enlightened Art in September of 2020. I decided to launch this business because I had just suffered a mental health crisis months before that and while I was receiving treatment I realized that I wasn't content with the path I had picked and put before me. This business isn't just some small time artist trying to sell some prints, I am trying to rebuild an industry. Art is largely wasteful and unsustainable, what I am setting out to do is prove that you can use organic, low waste materials to create stunning and powerful visuals.
I never thought I would
have dreamed as big of a dream as I have now. With your support I hope to one day open my own gallery. I hope to be able to give other small time artists the opportunity to make a living. I hope to one day have one of my pieced proudly displayed in a home like yours.
I believe that art isn't just
for the elite who decide what does and doesn't get to be considered art. I believe that art can be loved and appreciated by everyone. So I humbly offer my work to you in hopes you will be the one to enjoy it. I appreciate any and all support you may give.
Truly, Marten of Enlightened Art
Who am I
The Man behind Enlightened Art
Hello I am Marten Ramirez-Martinez. Thank you for visiting my site, just you viewing my website helps support my journey to becoming a renowned successful artist. I am a self taught local Colorado artist. I currently reside in Central Colorado Springs with my amazingly supportive Husband and Family. I had first begun pursuing art in elementary school, I loved to create whatever I could with whatever I had. As a child I would form swans out of play-do, I would fold some of the most complex origami I could understand and eventually kept my nose stuck in a sketchbook. Some years later when I moved out to live on my own, I fell away from art only to be met with mental health barriers that kept my self confidence minimal leaving me uninterested in my true passion.
When I did overcome my mental health battle it became obvious what I was destined to do: Art.
